Our story
We believe that the quality of one’s life is directly related to the quality of one’s home. Since 2002, we have been creating rental homes and investing in neighborhoods for our residents in Chicago, Kansas City, and St. Louis.
Our vision is to enable better lives through better homes- for our residents, our communities, and our colleagues. Creating exceptional homes and communities is a mission that requires many different types of skills, creativity, experience, and true dedication. Achieving this mission is a team effort that involves designing, renovating, or constructing exceptional buildings- and the critical job of maintaining and constantly improving them. It also involves helping each resident find the perfect rental home for their unique style and circumstances and supporting them as members of our community with personal attention and devoted service.

We have a few different office locations in the heart of the vibrant Hyde Park, managing over 90 diverse properties.
Midtown, Kansas City
There are 30 buildings we mange along Armour Blvd. in Midtown Kansas City. The central office is in the middle of the neighborhood.
Central West End, St. Louis
Our 13 properties in the CWE surround the amazing Forest Park with the main office located in Montclair on the Park.

What benefits does Mac offer?Mac offers a comprehensive employee benefits package, including group medical, dental and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, life/accidental death & dismemberment insurance, access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), education assistance and flexible spending accounts to all full-time benefits eligible employees after their 90 day introduction period.
